an ultra-light, airy and soft fabric, made in Italy (for once) since, to date, French weavers do not offer an equivalent
The fabric is used as is, without dyeing or color printing, to which only the logo is added on the torso.
The usefulness of the base layer is at least twofold:
- It helps avoid direct contact between the straps and certain sensitive parts of the torso (in male cyclists) which cannot tolerate friction
- it allows better evacuation of perspiration: the very structure of the fabric allows that only part of its surface is in direct contact with the skin and its lightness allows even faster drying than the external layer, allowing it to have time to evacuate the sweat transmitted, at its own pace

In most cases, for road products, take your city size for a super tight fit, go up a size for a bit more ease, and so on.
